The Healing Journey
Healing Starts Here.
Death: Clients may struggle with the inevitability of death and the impact it has on their current lives. Awareness of mortality can trigger existential anxiety, prompting individuals to reflect on their lives and choices.

Freedom: Concept of freedom and responsibility revolves around the idea that while individuals have the freedom to make choices in their lives, this freedom also comes with significant responsibility. Clients may struggle with making decisions and facing the consequences of their actions. Taking responsiblity does not mean buck up or suck up but it is about asking what is in my way to become response-able.

Isolation and connection: Humans have an innate need for connection and belonging, yet the experience of existential isolation is a common struggle. Clients may feel isolated due to their unique experience or subjective nature of their experiences. I help the client to find the deeper connection within themselves and thereby feel connected with the world.

Meaning and Purpose: Adversity and grief can lead to personal transformation. By reflecting on one’s experiences, individuals often discover new insights about themselves and their values.
