About Me

My personal journey of inner healing led me to become a therapist. After years of following a traditional educational path, I felt drawn to explore a deeper, more integrated approach to healing—one that treats the mind and body as a unified whole. This shift led me to embrace Somatic work, where I guide clients in reconnecting with their bodies and emotions in a mindful and compassionate way.

At the heart of my practice are the principles of Mind-Body Holism, Unity, Organicity, Mindfulness, and Non-Violence. These values form the foundation of the work I do, helping clients heal from within. I don’t believe that healing is simply about techniques or tools—true healing happens within relationships. I believe that people are wounded in relationship, and it’s through safe, supportive, and compassionate relationships that they can find healing.

As a therapist, I walk alongside my clients, creating a nurturing space where they can explore their emotions, release past trauma, and reconnect with their authentic selves. My approach is not just about addressing symptoms but about facilitating deep, meaningful change that helps people live fuller, more connected lives.

Certifications & Expertise

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. I have undergone extensive training in a variety of therapeutic methods, each aimed at supporting emotional healing and personal growth. Here’s a brief overview of my certifications and how they shape my approach to therapy:

Education

Transactional Analysis 101
TA 101

International Transactional Analysis Association

Transactional Analysis (TA) is a method for understanding human behavior, communication, and emotional patterns. With TA 101 certification, I help clients recognize the dynamics in their relationships and communication styles, empowering them to build healthier connections in their personal and professional lives

Advanced Transactional Analysis (TA 202)

International Transactional Analysis Association

With advanced training in TA, I bring deeper therapeutic techniques to help clients explore complex emotional challenges and interpersonal issues. This certification allows me to offer tailored solutions for individuals and groups seeking deeper insight into their behaviors and interactions.

Transactional Analysis Practitioner (USATAA)

United States of America Transactional Analysis Association

This certification equips me to provide advanced, structured therapeutic interventions, particularly for individuals dealing with relational trauma, emotional patterns, and communication struggles.

Certified ARTOLOGY Practitioner

Certified by AIMS Media

As a certified ARTOLOGY practitioner, I use creative and art-based techniques to help clients process emotions in a non-verbal, expressive way. This approach is especially beneficial for those who may find traditional talk therapy difficult and prefer a more holistic, creative path toward healing.

Coaching with Spirit & Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Certified by Copper Beech Institute

This certification allows me to guide clients through Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, a method that helps individuals reconnect with their various internal parts (e.g., the inner child, protector). By doing so, clients can gain greater self-awareness and resolve inner conflicts. IFS is particularly helpful for trauma, anxiety, and relationship issues.

Advanced Family Therapy Interventions

Certified by Swinburne University of Technology, Australia

Through advanced family therapy training, I work with individuals and families to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and heal from intergenerational trauma. This training helps me to guide families through challenging dynamics and foster healthier relationships.

Compassionate Inquiry Training (With Dr. Gabor Maté)

Certified by Compassionate Inquiry Program

As a certified Compassionate Inquiry practitioner, I use this trauma-informed approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté to help clients uncover unconscious patterns and dynamics that influence their well-being. This method is especially effective for those dealing with adverse childhood experiences, addiction, and chronic physical pain. It encourages deep self-awareness and healing through gentle, compassionate exploration.

Why These Principles Guide My Practice?

  • Mind-Body Holism

I believe that the mind and body are deeply interconnected and must be treated as a whole for true healing to occur. Emotional trauma often manifests physically, and physical discomfort can be rooted in unresolved emotional pain. This holistic approach ensures that I’m not just addressing the mental or physical symptoms in isolation but helping clients understand how their body and mind work together. By working holistically, I guide clients in reconnecting with their bodies, tuning into physical sensations, and using them as a pathway to emotional healing.

  • Unity

Unity emphasizes the interconnectedness of all aspects of our being—emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational. In my practice, I view each person as a unified being, whose different parts and experiences form a complex, whole person. This approach fosters integration rather than compartmentalization, meaning that healing one part of a person can bring healing to other aspects of their life as well. Unity is also reflected in the therapeutic relationship: it’s a co-creative process, where therapist and client work together as partners in the healing journey.

  • Organicity

Organicity refers to the natural flow of healing and growth that is inherent in each individual. Much like nature, healing happens at its own pace, and it cannot be forced or rushed. I believe in allowing the therapeutic process to unfold naturally, guided by the client’s own inner wisdom and timing. This principle acknowledges that each person has an innate ability to heal and that my role is to support that process, rather than impose rigid methods or expectations.

  • Mindfulness

Mindfulness, or the practice of being present and fully engaged in the moment, is a cornerstone of my work. It allows clients to become aware of their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations without judgment. Through mindfulness, I help clients tune into their bodies and emotions, develop self-awareness, and create space for healing. It’s about slowing down, being present, and gently observing, which can be incredibly powerful in healing trauma and creating lasting change.

  • Non-Violence

Non-violence in therapy means approaching healing with compassion, care, and gentleness. Trauma often comes from experiences of harm, aggression, or neglect, and it’s essential that the healing process is the opposite—one of safety, kindness, and non-coercion. I create a space where clients feel completely accepted, heard, and respected, allowing them to heal without the fear of judgment or force. Non-violence also means respecting the client’s pace and boundaries, ensuring that the therapeutic journey is a collaborative and respectful process.
