Healing Starts Here.

Our
Story
A Mother. A Therapist. A Guide.
My journey into therapy wasn’t just a career choice—it was personal. As an adoptive mother and a foster parent, I’ve experienced firsthand the complexities of healing, resilience, and emotional growth.
Through my own challenges, I realized healing isn’t about "fixing problems" but about creating a safe space to process emotions, regain strength, and embrace self-compassion. That’s why I trained in Compassionate Inquiry, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Therapy—to help individuals heal from trauma, navigate identity struggles, and rebuild relationships.
I founded Mekosha – The Healing Journey because traditional therapy often stops at symptom management. I wanted to create a space where people feel seen, heard, and deeply understood. Healing isn’t linear—it requires a personalized, compassionate approach. Whether you’re facing trauma, parenting challenges, or identity struggles, I’m here to walk this journey with you.
